Pet care experience
I wanna play with your fur baby!
I’m a grad student at the University of Idaho. I’ve been around cats and dogs all my life. I got my first puppy when I was 12 and own kitty in college. I’ve been to various dog training classes as well as volunteering at an animal boarding facility and humane society in high school. For the last few years I’ve been pet sitting and walking. I’m happy handling any animal as I’ve dealt with anxiety, aggression, and overt rowdiness before. My own dog is a Keeshond so I have a ton of personal experience grooming. I have walked dogs of all sizes and strengths. As long as they are having fun, I’m having fun!

I love written instructions! Give me all the details because that helps cover any safety concerns. Also, learning their quirks helps me build their trust.
Ratings and reviews
Chayce was prompt and their communication was great. Everything seemed good when we returned. Will definitely re-book if we need to.

Great care of our dogs!

Chayce did so well with my pup and made sure I was updated on everything that was going on. Made leaving him behind a lot easier and made me more comfortable! Will definitely be having her dog sit again!

Chayce was absolutely amazing and took such good care of my boy! She sent updates and photos so I knew exactly how he was while I was away. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and will definitely be booking with her again!

Chayce you are a wonderfully caring person, Thank you!

As always, Chayce maintained great communication with us while we were away and took great care of the cats. The photos she sent made us happy and provided peace of mind. Amazing!

Schedule
I wake up around 7 when I’m dog sitting to do the morning routine. I head out shortly afterwards for my dog walking jobs, so I often come back around 12 for a 30 min. check-in or walk. I arrive in the evenings around 5 for dinner time and to walk or hangout for 30 min. To a hour before heading home to care for my own animals and get ready for bedtime. This is also when I’ll do any evening rover jobs I have. I’ll be back to spend the night around 10:30! While I can’t stay long, I never leave the dogs alone longer than 4-6 hrs.

- What’s important for me to know is if the dog has any aggression towards people or dogs. Any anxiety that arises from separation, loud noises, or unknown people entering the house. This is less about if I’m going to want to take the job or not, but more about how I want to approach them!
