Chassis can look after
Availability
I do have a current daytime job in Minot that I work around. I can do check ins on my lunch break and after work during the week as well as in home stays if they're in town and I am totally available for anything on the weekends. Any service outside of Minot city limits will be subject to an extra charge for driving if accepted. Any service requested more than 10 miles outside of Minot to be determined depending on location. Anyone that is planning to be gone for more than one day, I do recommend overnight stays. I don't like leaving animals alone for more than 4-5 hours at a time or leaving them overnight by themselves.

Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I pride myself on interacting with pets closely and giving them the attention they need. Whether it is food enrichments, walks, basic training, bathing etc. I’ve also had my fair share of dogs that are totally fine with just cuddling and watching movies which comes in handy on bad weather days. I am also a very clean person so rest assured, you will come home to a picked up and tidy home.
Information Chassis L. would like to know about your pet
I like to know as much about the pets as possible before providing services. I always require a meet and greet especially if you are a new client to get as much information as possible for my stay (feeding schedule, what they can/can't do, sleeping arrangements, their daily routine). I also like to know as much about your house and how things work as far as garbage schedule, what parts of the house are off limits, how appliances work, permission to clean or do laundry, how to work lighting and electronics.
A typical day
Every dog I’ve watched so far has a different routine. I try to keep their schedules as normal as possible to ease any stress or anxiety they might have without their family and being around a new person. I always like to talk with the family and see what they are comfortable with me doing and not doing. North Dakota winters aren’t the greatest but I like to be outside as much as possible. Whether it’s going for a walk, going to the park, car rides, or just laying out for naps. I also like to incorporate food enrichments if allowed whether it’s lick mats, treat puzzles or hide and seek. I believe mental stimulation is very important to dogs.

Animal Lover Here To Help!
Pet care experience
I have loved animals my whole life either being around them or taking care of my own. Growing up I had 3 rabbits and always had a dog and fish. I have helped my family and friends out with their pets over the years. I went to horse camp for multiple years and have rode other people's horses and go riding whenever I get the chance. I have worked professionally in 3 different animal related fields, 1 year in sales, 1 year in rescue and going on 3 years of petsitting. I have a seasonal full time job that leaves me with a lot of time on my hands in the winter time. I started doing pet sitting in the homes of the pet since I wasn’t able to do it in my place at the time, but it actually works out better this way. I find that all animals I have worked with are easier to work with in the comfort of their own home. I am comfortable with working with any animals except snakes and spiders. I don’t have a lot of experience with reptiles but am willing to learn given the opportunity. I am comfortable working with any breed of dog, age and size. I am Fear Free Certified and strive to make any experience with animals as positive and stress free as possible. I have basic training knowledge that I have learned over the years from working with rescue animals and things I have taught myself and like to incorporate with my petsittings if allowed. I have trained puppies of my own as well as helping other people with their owns and also have experince with caring for newborn puppies and their mothers. I also have experience with senior animals and giving medications. I am also working on getting certified in animal CPR.
Reviews

Chassis was phenomenal with my two pups! She took great care of them and sent me daily updates while I was gone. I extra-appreciate her being a trooper and still taking great care of them while I was a little under the weather. She also went the extra mile and took care of a few dishes I left in the sink while rushing out the door for my trip. I'm so appreciative of how she took care of my house and my pups! Would definitely book her again!!

We love when Chassis stays with our furbabies. We know that they are in good hands!

Chassis is amazing. She goes above and beyond every time she watches our furbabies.

Chassis has done home sitting for us and dog walks. She is always reliable, takes extra time and care for senior dogs, she really made sure Rudy (our pooch) had good care. We definitely feel comfortable being away when we know Chassis is with Rudy and will definitely call her again :)
