Availability

I work a full time job very close to home, which allows me to come home on lunch breaks. My husband is a veteran and is currently in school, with classes once to twice weekly. He is home most days out of the week (if not for the entire day, the majority of the day). We are typically home bodies, so you can expect us home with your loved ones during their stay.

Safety, trust & environment

I prefer knowing as much as possible about your pet’s daily routines so I can stick to them as closely as possible. I know how uneasy some pets get when in the care of someone else, or when their family is away. I do my best to provide them with the things in their lives that they find comfort and routine in. 🪴 I do have plants in my home. If plants are of a particular interest to your dog or if you prefer me to move them, we are more than happy to relocate them to a room that we will keep closed.

Information Chasity G. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. ✨Because the safety and comfort of your pet (family) and my family are my top priority, we do not accept aggressive dogs. Unfortunately, if your loved one has fearful aggression or anxiety that induces unkind behavior, we are unable to accommodate this special need. Thank you for your understanding.✨

A typical day

We have a fenced in back yard that dogs love! This is a great asset that allows our guests to run free, exert energy, and eliminates unexpected encounters with people/animals (like a typical walk through the neighborhood). We have big beautiful burning bushes for them to run in and out of when searching for a ball that was just thrown or chasing one of their siblings. For our guests that enjoy walks, we live in a safe neighborhood with minimal traffic!

Pet care experience

Nothing brings me more joy than interacting with animals. We lost our family dog of 12 years in January of 2025. For the last 6 years of his life, we worked closely with his primary vet and internal medicine doctor to maintain his autoimmune disease and keep him happy/comfortable. He was very well cared for and loved by many. I have cared for the pets of friends and family over the years when they’ve gone on vacation or simply needed a little assistance. I know first hand how difficult it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care, especially if they have special medical needs. I am confident that I will treat your pet with the respect and care that would leave your mind at ease and keep me on your speed dial for future needs. I do not have experience administering injection medications but am happy to do so if your dog is used to them and cooperative. My experience with special needs dogs is only with my previous dog with his many medications and dietary restrictions. We are happy to accommodate the best we can with your specific special needs. I am 35, my husband Austin is 33, and our daughter is 11. We live in a humble single story ranch style home where our dog guests are welcome on the furniture and in the bed. Previous dog guests have enjoyed our fenced in back yard! Our neighborhood is 3 connecting streets, which are all dead ends (we don’t see a lot of traffic). In the evenings when it’s time to relax, we enjoy watching tv in our living room.

Chasity and her family are fantastic! I know our dog, Vessy, was well cared for the entire time. Chasity was prompt with responding to messages and sent frequent updates. Vessy was doted on the entire time! I 100% recommend Chasity and will for sure be rebooking with her in the future.

I have known Chasity for her entire life and I have seen first hand the absolute love she has for dogs. Dogs bring Chasity so much joy- they are so much more than just a pet to her, she considers them family. She is an incredibly caring and a responsible pet lover whom would take the best care of your pet. You can rest assured your pet will be in the best hands while staying with Chasity and her family. She is very responsive and will provide you many updates. She often goes above and beyond for the pets while under her care. Your pets will find lifelong friends after they have stayed with Chasity and her family. Very highly recommend!
