I’m a full-time student at Gateway Technical College, splitting classes between the Racine and Kenosha campuses. While I’m in school Monday through Thursday, I’m currently not working a traditional job — which means I dedicate my time outside of class to pet care and gig work. Here’s what my class schedule looks like each week: Monday: 10am–2pm Tuesday: 11am–4pm Wednesday: 10am–2pm Thursday: 11am–3pm I’m fully available outside of these times, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. If you’re booking house sitting, please keep in mind that pets would need to be comfortable being on their own during those class hours. For this reason, I’m not the right fit for pets who require time-sensitive medications, potty breaks, or someone home continuously during those times. That said, I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and flexible. I’m happy to work with you on same-day bookings or last-minute changes whenever possible. Whether it’s a drop-in, a walk, or a longer stay, I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and make sure your pets feel safe and loved!

Safety, trust & environment
While I can’t board pets in my own home due to apartment restrictions, I take great pride in providing safe, respectful care in my clients homes. I previously worked as a housekeeper in an assisted living facility, where I was trusted to care for residents' spaces—even when they weren’t present. I bring that same level of care and responsibility into every home I enter. I also frequently house-sit for my mom while she’s out of town, caring for her two dogs and keeping everything secure. I always double (and triple!) check that doors are locked and everything is just as it was left. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind while I care for your pets and your space.
Information Chasity A. would like to know about your pet
Before sitting with your pet, I’d love to know any important details that help me give them the best care possible! This includes any medical needs, dietary restrictions, medications, behavioral quirks, special routines, or anything else you think I should be aware of. I’ve worked with animals of all temperaments—including anxious or reactive pets—and I always respect their boundaries. While I’ve never had issues around dogs or cats, I’m mindful around aggressive behavior and never force interaction. I also want to be transparent: I don’t have hands-on experience with very young animals (under 8 weeks), pregnant pets, or nursing mothers. I’m always open to learning if given guidance, but I’d appreciate a heads-up so I can make sure I’m the right fit—or take the time to prepare properly.
A typical day
A typical day with me is a balance of activity, companionship, and care tailored to your pet’s needs! I aim for 2-3 walks a day (During House-Sittings), adjusting the pace to match your dog’s energy level. I always allow time for sniffing, standing, or just taking in the sights and avoid rushing. I’m mindful of their safety, avoiding unfamiliar people or animals, and I make sure to offer water breaks and watch for any signs of distress! Since I’m a bit of a night owl, I love evening or nighttime walks, especially with larger, more energetic dogs. If there’s access to an empty dog park or fenced-in yard, I enjoy playing fetch and frisbee, and during inside time, a game of tug-of-war, hide-and-seek, or a good run-and-chase session! During the day, when my energy is calmer, I focus more on lounging, cuddles, belly rubs, and scratches. If pets are allowed on the bed, I’m happy to have them sleep beside me if that’s where they’re most comfortable! For drop-in visits, I prioritize feedings and potty breaks, along with any specific requests from the owner. I make sure your pets are not only cared for but also given affection and attention so they feel secure while you’re away!

Pet care experience
** I am UNAVAILABLE Monday thru Thursday from the morning until 5pm! I can only accept bookings after 5pm due to my school schedule! Thank you for your understanding! ** **Morning hours are available for repeated pet parents!** I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and working with them has only deepened that passion. I previously worked as a kennel assistant, where I cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes—feeding, walking, cleaning up messes, and administering (oral) medications as needed. I also regularly help out with my mom’s two dogs when she travels, so pet sitting is second nature to me! I’m currently a full-time student at Gateway Technical College, so I do not work a traditional 9-to-5 job. This gives me the freedom to keep my calendar open for pet sitting, drop-ins, and walks. I encourage you to check my Availability section for the days I have to attend class. I’m happy to accommodate most scheduling needs with a little notice. Recently, I became a proud puppy parent to a sweet chocolate Labrador Retriever! Since he's still young and working on house training, I tend to be in and out throughout the day to give him potty breaks, meals, and playtime. Because of this, I may request to have a young companion with me depending on the service and situation, and I'd love to offer socialization opportunities for him when appropriate. If your dog is well-socialized and comfortable around puppies, I’d be happy to discuss whether a playmate might be a good fit during a visit or walk. (Of course, this is always optional and handled with care , professionalism and communication) Whether I’m hanging out with your dog at home, taking them for a stroll, or just stopping in to check on them, I treat every pet as if they were my own, with love, patience, and lots of attention (and belly rubs, if requested!).
