I love caring for animals, and have been around them my whole life, so it comes easy for me to connect with and care for a variety of animals, breeds, and personality types.
Information Chase W. would like to know about your pet
During our meet and greet, I’ll ask you about your dog’s likes, dislikes, and general quirks. I’ll ask you questions about your dog’s routine so that I can stick closely to their familiar schedule while they’re in my care. I’ll want to know if your dog has any health issues, and if they’re allowed on the furniture. Most importantly, I’ll want to know if your dog has any aggression toward people or other dogs.
A typical day
After a long Hiatus I'm finally starting to pet sit again I work full time at a warehouse in Hazelwood Mon-Fri from 6am-2:45pm so ideally I like to have a 30 minute radius from my work and your house but I have weekends off that allows me to fill your dog’s days full of adventures. I love to spend time outside when the weather is nice, and always love it when a furry companion can join me. My work hours my not be the best, but I'm a dedicated responsible pet sitter. During your dog’s stay, I will take them to explore the maze of dog-friendly trails near my home, and will take them on long runs, trips to PetsMart, the dog park, the dog-friendly outlet mall near my home, and places where we can play fetch and tug-of-war. If your dog is up for it, I would love to take them to the Des Peres Park, Forest Park in St. Louis (voted #1 park in the country), or Grant’s Farm Trail where I spent a lot of my childhood. No matter what the activity, my goal is to make sure your dog is safe, and their needs are met 100%. I will be diligent about keeping you up to date on our daily adventures, and will send you photos, videos, and texts about your dog’s stay with me so that you can rest easy while you’re away.

During my life, I have cared for over 100 different animals. When I was younger, I participated in an Animal Specialist training where I learned to care for a variety of animals, including: Sugar Gliders, Emus, Wallabies, Armadillos, Ducks, Goats, Kittens, Chinchillas. Today, I am the happy owner of a cat and one dog named Cajun, who I rescued from New Orleans during my time there volunteering for Hurricane Katrina restoration projects. My long-term goal is to become a full time pet sitter and I believe my work with Rover will help project me toward that goal by giving me a chance to practice what I already know, and by providing me with valuable experience caring for all types of breeds and personality types.
