Chase was wonderful with Yoyo! My plans changed unexpectedly and I ended up being home for part of the time I had originally booked. Chase was incredibly flexible about adjusting the dates, even with some last-minute notice, and refunding the walks I no longer needed, which I really appreciated. More importantly, Chase was incredibly patient and kind with Yoyo. He can be stubborn and is naturally fearful of being outside, so while I can usually get him going, he tends to be much more hesitant with someone new. Chase really took the time to earn his trust — carrying him when he needed a little help getting started, sitting and bonding with him, and even waiting a few minutes and trying again when he wasn’t quite ready to walk or do his business. The difference by the end of the week was amazing. Yoyo went from being hesitant to go out to willingly heading out for his walks with Chase and even pulling to go farther than he normally does! It was so clear that he had become comfortable and built real trust. I especially appreciated how Chase went the extra mile to make sure Yoyo felt safe and comfortable while also making sure he had the opportunity to do his business during each visit. The patience and care really showed, and I will absolutely book with Chase again!

Chase has such a natural ability with dogs: they've made Betty much more confident on walks, and I know Betty gets all the love she can stand! Chase is the best!
