Charu was lovely with our kitties. She sent photos and videos in real time, and even offered to make a video call while she visited them, which was a nice touch. She gained their trust quickly and after two days she sent a video of our most shy cat purring loudly while being petted. We'll contact her again next time we go away!
I can’t recommend Charu enough! She was absolutely amazing with my cat, who can be quite shy around new people. Not only did she take excellent care of him, but she also took the time to bond and build trust, which meant the world to me. I really appreciated the regular updates, complete with pictures and videos — it was so reassuring!
