Charmaine took very good care of Rory, a sweet dog, but one who has a complicated medication schedule. We were sent photos frequently, were provided with updates on how Rory was doing, and Charmaine also asked questions when needed, as we had hoped she would do. All in all, it was very positive experience for both Rory and us.
Charmaine was a great cat/house sitter. The cats were well taken care of. We had lots of updates.
Repeat happy customer! Charmaine sat for us again this past week and really went above and beyond for our 15 yo Schnauzer fur baby. Sara wasn't well, Charmaine took such good care of her, kept us abreast of her health AND had to clean up poop a lot!! All done without complaint and very calmly - didn't get us panicked. She is amazing and I can't recommend her enough!
Char was confident and knowledgeable and our Allie seemed happy with her. Char got Allie out for regular walks and fed her twice a day. Char left our house spic and span upon her departure. Would not hesitate to use her again.
Charmaine was great with our three little babies. She understood each of our babies personality and worked hard to make them happy. She respected our home and took extra care of attending to our babies needs. I will book her services again!
