Charmaine went above and beyond while I was away on a long trip. She sent so many pictures and always told me how the visit went so I never worried about my fur babies!
My dog is notoriously indifferent to anyone she doesn’t absolutely love, and notoriously selective with her affection. Kai managed to win her over in two short visits! On the human side of things, Kai was punctual, friendly, sent lots of pictures, and left a descriptive note, which I really appreciated. I’m always a little nervous introducing new carers, as my dog is a senior with medical issues, but I had no problem entrusting her to Kai. Reliable, flexible, and all-around wonderful!
Charmaine is absolutely amazing! She sends photos and a recap of her time with my pup and adjusts to my last minute requests. Cannot recommend her enough!
Best dog walker in Arlington! We were clients a few years ago, but we will always remember Kai with our dog! She was even happy to walk my friends dog along with my own when they were spending the weekend over. Im glad to see she is still happy walking dogs!
Yes! Kai is a sweet and kind animal lover that took great care of our dogs Daisy and Poncho! It was amazing how quickly she befriended our pets and how well they responded back to her. It was only a few weeks before we trusted her like an old friend! Very professional and friendly!
