Big passion for all animals!
Hey there! I'm Charlotte, and dogs have been a huge part of my life since day one. Growing up surrounded by big, lovable pups like Bernese Mountain Dogs and Golden Retrievers, I've always been the go-to person for all things dog-related in my family. When I was 19, I started volunteering at an animal shelter, where I got hands-on experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes, especially those with a few extra quirks and anxieties. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience. My love for dogs isn't just a family thing - my friends know me as the resident dog whisperer, and I've been dog-sitting for them for years. My husband Wouter has shared the same passion for animal care throughout our relationship. I will be the main care provider since he has a fulltime job, but he will be present when I’m dogsitting. He might be the one to stay with with your pups when I’m out running errands! Let's connect and chat about your furry friend!

Charlotte and Wouter were wonderful. Between the time I scheduled them for my trip and when they came, I adopted 2 rescues totaling 4 dogs! They graciously agreed and we moved forward. What a great job they did. They stayed closely in touch, sent pictures often and my dogs were in great shape and happy when I returned. My 4 include 2 puppies which keep things pretty busy around here. They took everything in stride. I can’t recommend Charlotte and her husband, Wouter, enough. They are terrific!

Charlotte and Wouter are two of the most caring pet sitters we have had. We especially feel so good knowing when we travel that they stay at our home together to care for our sweet pups. They are diligent and on time, but more importantly, our dogs really love them and are well taken care of.
Charlotte was great! My dogs took to her very easily. She was always on time for visits and was very mindful of the instructions we discussed. I would recommend her 100%!

Schedule
I would love to make taking care of pets my full time job. I'm available to take care of your pets from Monday through Sunday. I'm also available during the day, so your pets wont have to be alone for too long!

Safety, trust & environment
When taking care of others people pets, I always want to start with a conversation about how they take care of them and how they want me to handle the pets. I find it important to listen to the owners needs and requests and will adhere to them to the best of my abilities. For this reason I find it important to do an in person meet and greet before starting a service.
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs and cats, both physically and mentally. I love taking dogs to the park and have a nice long walk with them. If the owners have specific excercises they like their dog to do, I'm open to listening what my role could be in this.
