I have years of experience looking after pets of friends, my own, and through word of mouth I have house sat for many others. I have looked after and helped train dogs of varying ages including those with challenging behaviour. I have developed a good understanding of canine behaviour in this time and I ensure every dog in my care receives the attention, patience, and love they deserve. I love all animals whether they are furry, feathered, or scaly, and I understand they all come with their own unique personalities and needs. I will ensure your pet feels safe and loved in my care. *I am also DBS cleared and have my Canine First Aid certificate, for extra peace of mind.*

Charlotte put us at ease from the minute we met her and was willing to visit as many times beforehand to get to know our 3 dogs and walk them so she was familiar with their ways whilst out. Whilst we were away for two weeks she sent photos of them and kept in touch regularly. Weather was really hot here whilst we were away and she walked them really early in the mornings and again late at night. One of our dogs is petrified of storms and there were a couple of these during the night and she came downstairs to keep her company and comfort her, sleeping downstairs too! House was lovely and tidy upon our return too! Thank you Charlotte, we would have you back again looking after our three dogs in a heartbeat! Xxx
When we collected Flora she had clearly had a wonderful time with Charlotte and her dog Luna. We were updated regularly with reports on her wellbeing and lots of pictures. It's the first time I've had a pet sitter and I was a bit worried about doing it. However from the first meeting with Charlotte I felt confident. Charlotte looked after the cats and house as I would myself. She also had to deal with Mabel, who is a very nervous cat, needing the vet. She communicated easily with what was wrong and administered the medicine needed. I would thoroughly recommend Charlotte and hope to have her sit again in the future.

I can't give high enough praise for Charlotte, our two dogs have been spoiled rotten. She's shared updates and photos. Our house is absolutely spotless. If walking our two idiots hasn't put her off I'd like to book her for the next five year's worth of holidays.
Good communication before during and after the sitting. Charlotte was kind enough to give us a lift to the next station on the start of our trip to London when our train was cancelled ! She tidied up and left the kitchen spotless and the dogs seemed happy too. Thank you Charlotte for making our first house/ dog sit a great experience, we’ll be back for sure. Alex

Schedule
I work just three days a week for a couple of hours cleaning, which means your dog will never be left alone for long periods. Outside of that, pet care is my main focus, so I’m able to provide plenty of time, attention, and companionship throughout the day. This allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and ensure your dog feels comfortable, cared for while you’re away.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large, fenced in garden, with a forest that lies out back. Perfect for little or large adventures. We have one other dog that has use of the garden but does not share the same living space. I can keep the dogs separate if needed or if your pup likes company I’m sure they will love our little girl.
Pets
A typical day
I am someone who loves adventure and I enjoy taking my dogs on a variety of walks including places with water, forests, fields and places great for sniffing. I bring toys and treats and love playing stimulating games so dogs get the most out of their walks and play time. I ensure dogs are transported safely with the use of a car hammock and seat belts.
