Charlotte is fantastic! Her daily updates were detailed, she sent us so many great pics and she thought of the small things. Our cats laser toy needed to be charged she not only noticed and took the initiative to charge it, but then remembered the next day to turn it on so they could play with it. She gave us peace of mind while on vacation that our cats were well taken care of!
