Charlotte was fantastic with Toshi. She was very responsive from the start and kept us updated throughout, which gave us real peace of mind. She was patient, caring, and made sure Toshi was comfortable and well looked after. We really appreciated all the updates and photos, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about him. We’d happily book with Charlotte again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful dog sitter.

I had to go on a last minute trip and was quite anxious to leave my two cats Cindy and Margot. I have never been away from them before so finding the right person to care for them was incredibly important to me. I checked Rover and saw that Charlotte was available and im so glad I reached out to her. She was very communicative from the beginning and it was easy to arrange a time for her to come over to meet my fur babies. I am a firm believer that cats are instinctual in who they feel at ease around and they read a persons energy very quickly. They both seemed initially curious not afraid. While I was away Charlotte kept me frequently updated on both of them which helped to put my mind at rest. I left her with instructions on their mealtimes and day to day routine and also litter box hygiene. She ensured they both got daily enrichment time on their own and together which they really enjoyed. Charlotte is super friendly with a kind nature and my cats were happy in her company.
