I can’t thank Charlotte enough for looking after our cat Albie! From the start she was kind, reliable and clearly cared deeply about making sure our cat felt comfortable and happy while we were away. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind, and it was obvious Albie was very well looked after and relaxed in her care. We came home to a happy cat and a tidy home — we wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would warmly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy cat sitter.

I had to go on a last minute trip and was quite anxious to leave my two cats Cindy and Margot. I have never been away from them before so finding the right person to care for them was incredibly important to me. I checked Rover and saw that Charlotte was available and im so glad I reached out to her. She was very communicative from the beginning and it was easy to arrange a time for her to come over to meet my fur babies. I am a firm believer that cats are instinctual in who they feel at ease around and they read a persons energy very quickly. They both seemed initially curious not afraid. While I was away Charlotte kept me frequently updated on both of them which helped to put my mind at rest. I left her with instructions on their mealtimes and day to day routine and also litter box hygiene. She ensured they both got daily enrichment time on their own and together which they really enjoyed. Charlotte is super friendly with a kind nature and my cats were happy in her company. Charlotte took excellent care of my Dalmatian, Aloysius, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience leaving him with someone else. He’s a sprightly young pup so I was initially quite nervous about putting him into another person’s care, but Charlotte immediately put me at ease. She was friendly, well-prepared, and attentive to his needs! She gave him plenty of enrichment and walks, and he came back happy and settled. At very short notice, I asked if she could keep him for a few extra hours, and she was more than willing to accommodate, which I really appreciated. I would happily trust her with him again and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.

Charlotte has looked after our bichon, Harley, many times in the two years we’ve had him. Most often for a few hours but also staying with him at our home when we’ve gone on holidays. Harley loves her company! They are fast friends, Charlotte always takes him for good long walks, plays with him and cuddles him. She is conscientious and trustworthy and took good care of our home as well as Harley when we were away. 100% recommend her.
