Pet care experience
Quiet, neat, and thorough!
Hi I’m Charlotte! I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, I have experience in taking care of horses, dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits/rodents, birds, livestock and fresh/salt water fish tanks. I’ve spent many summers when I was younger dog sitting for family friends and grew up helping take care of livestock. I have had all of the animals I listed having experience in taking care of and understand how to meet the animals needs. I can do just about anything except for anything that has to do with worms I am so scared of them, so if you have an animal that requires feeding them worms I am not your gal. If you have an active dog I’m more than happy to take them on a hike or long walks. I follow instructions and won’t skip over anything. I have a family friend who’s a vet in Durango who I can call if something were to ever happen. I am an open book feel free to ask questions!

I would hire Charlotte for any job, she has a keen sense for animal needs, pays attention to detail, and tailors her care to each animal individually. Her kind nature is great for more timid or anxious animals as well.

I’m currently working part time in down town Durango so I am available almost whenever, my shifts are usually 4 to 5 hours long and I only work a couple times a week right now.

Safety, trust & environment
I will routinely let your dog outside to play and go to the bathroom, I don’t mind sleeping with dogs or cats and I am very good at following instructions. I am not a loud person and like a calm environment. I will respect your space and keep everything clean and tidy.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on early morning walks or runs on the river trail or any hiking trail, and chill evening walks through neighborhoods. I’d play fetch with them and play whatever games they like. I’m happy to take multiple walks a day if it’s requested.
