Terrible stay. We thought we could trust Charlotte for an overnight stay. And she provided us different. She never stayed overnight! And left our dog alone for the night. When we came home Sunday afternoon, there were 4 piles of poop, pee in our kitchen. Blinds were open from when we left Saturday morning so all blinds to our house were left wide open throughout the night allowing people to look into our home. All lights were left on that we had on when we left. I had only 1 picture sent to me of our dog and that was Sunday morning. I had texted her at 8 PM Saturday night to ask if everything was okay because i had not heard from her at all and she said yes, work had her working later. When she was suppose to start her shift at our house at 2:30 PM Saturday. She didn't even go over at that time. And now i had asked in a chat message about the stay after we arrived home seeing that she didn't stay the night and i am getting no response back. Do not leave your pets in hands with this lady. Our dog was left alone over night!
Charlie was patient and responsive! She did great with our shy girl. We will definitely book again in the future!
She was great with Remi! 😊 She checked on him twice during a long overnight shift for me, kept me updated, and followed all instructions perfectly. I’d definitely book with her again!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule and am able to dedicate quality time to pet care throughout the week. I’m available for drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care, including weekends. I make sure to prioritize each pet’s routine and needs, whether that’s feeding schedules, exercise, or just spending time with them so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away.
