Charlotte is an outstanding in-house dog sitter who exceeded all our expectations in caring for our beloved elderly dog, Rags. She not only tended to his basic needs like feeding and providing water, but also was amazing at ensuring he followed his complex medication routine and gave him gentle walks, tailored to his pace. Given Rags' age and mobility issues, he required frequent assistance such as being lifted onto sofas and guided up steps, all of which Charlotte handled for us. Her constant supervision of Rags' well-being gave us peace of mind during our time away. I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver for their furry family members.

I’ve known Charlotte for years and she is a huge dog lover! Charlottes been bought up with dogs and has cared for many friends and families dogs including my own. She’s very responsible, takes account of all instructions and I know she is well thought of and the dogs always get excited to see her! She’s taken excellent care of mine and my cousins dogs!
