This is the third time Charlotte has taken care of my cats, and every experience has been excellent. I really appreciate how easy it is to stay in touch with her- she always responds quickly and keeps me updated on how the cats are doing. She sends daily updates along with photos, which gives me great peace of mind while I’m away. It’s clear that she knows what she’s doing and approaches her work in a very professional way.
