Hello, I'm Charlotte and I have had pets of varying descriptions throughout my life which has been an absolute pleasure being animal obsessed. I grew up with cats and small mammals and now have a dog, cat and chickens. Our own dog, Aeva, is 4 and her favourite things are other dogs and people so she would love the company of another dog(s). We have raised and trained her since a pup and therefore are familiar with puppy training routines and can offer advice with your own puppy. We are also familiar with large as well as small breeds - Aeva is 36kg+ so this size dog is normal for us. We love other dogs and have many friends and family with dogs and other pets who we pet sit regularly - we are used to a variety of pet breeds and sizes.

Charlotte and Jon were very patient with Lena and definitely are dog lovers with adequate knowledge to take care of your fur baby. Could not thank them enough for looking after Lena although she was nervous on her first day of boarding. They spent a lot of time with Lena and took her on long walks which she absolutely loved. Big thank you and would highly recommend.

Charlotte was absolutely fantastic in helping us with a logistically complicated weekend away. We travelled to Wales from Nottingham for a wedding and then further into Wales for a i holiday. Charlotte has our little Sid whilst we were at the wedding for 2 days. This was the first time we’ve ever left Sid anywhere overnight but with regular updates and pictures of Sid enjoying himself, our minds were put at ease so we could enjoy ourselves. We collected a very happy doggy and the end of the weekend. Thank you so much for your help Charlotte.
Rosie had such a lovely time staying with Charlotte. All her needs were met and Charlotte was very thorough in finding out her routine, likes and dislikes. I was kept updated on all her adventures and sent lots of photos/videos of her daily walks. I think Rosie would love to stay again!

Schedule
As my partner, Jonathan, and I regularly work from home we are often available to look after your dog(s) as well as our own. We both work full time but often have days off as we work flexible hours. We can look after your pets any day of the week - the more notice the better to ensure our best availability, but we can often squeeze in last minute bookings if needed.

Safety, trust & environment
Jonathan and I have a large house with enclosed garden which is very pet friendly (i.e. no carpets downstairs). Our cat is very used to dogs, living with one constantly and we have guests dogs over regularly (some of which aren't the biggest fans of cats) so as long as your dog isn't super scared of cats then they should be happy together. We have chickens in the garden but they are enclosed so there is no requirement for your dog to be good with chickens. We have local access to vets in case of emergencies, which we use with our own pets. We are more than happy to do dog walks as we enjoy walking with our own daily and also doing occasional runs with our own dog. We live in the countryside so we have lots of exciting walks on our doorstep. We look forward to meeting you and your pets!
Pets
A typical day
Walks in our area include flat walks along the river or hilly walks up and down the valleys alongside streams. We have waterfalls in our area, open fields, woodlands tracks. Lots of variety for walking or running with your dogs. We also do a lot of play with our dogs in the garden or in the open fields near where we live.
