Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience fostering dogs, pet sitting and walking dogs, caring for cats, and house sitting. I’ve spent years caring for pets belonging to family, friends, and neighbors, and I’ve since had the opportunity to care for animals in homes across the United States and abroad. I’m happy caring for dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to sweet seniors, and I have a special soft spot for older dogs. I understand that some pets need a slower pace, extra patience, or a little extra TLC, and I love giving them the comfort and attention they deserve. One of my biggest strengths is how naturally I connect with animals. I’m observant and intuitive when it comes to reading their body language, personalities, and energy levels, which helps me quickly understand what they’re comfortable with and what they need. Whether a dog wants to play, explore, cuddle, or have some quiet time, I pay attention to their cues and adjust accordingly. I’m comfortable administering oral and topical medications, following special diets, and accommodating specific care instructions. I also know how important it is to maintain familiar routines and pay attention to the little details that help pets feel at home. I know how hard it can be to leave your beloved pet in someone else’s care. My goal is to give you peace of mind by treating your pet with the same love, patience, and thoughtfulness I’d want for my own. I’m reliable, communicative, and flexible, and you can always count on a daily photo dump of your sweet furbaby! 🐾 I’d love to care for your pet!

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I treat every home with care and respect, keep you updated throughout your time away, and am happy to follow your pet’s usual routines and house rules. I’m comfortable crating dogs when needed, and if they’re allowed on the couch or bed at home, I’m happy to keep them cozy! I also want to understand any mobility needs, sensitivities, or behavioral triggers ahead of time so I can create a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. I’ll always follow your instructions around leashes, doors, interactions with other animals, and off-leash activities. I want you to feel confident that both your pet and your home are in good hands.

Schedule
I currently work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and the ability to step away throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and extra cuddles. I love being able to give pets plenty of attention and keep their routines as consistent as possible while their owners are away. Depending on your pet’s needs and my schedule, I can often minimize the time they’re left alone. My goal is to make sure your fur baby feels comfortable, cared for, and never short on love!

- I’d love to know anything that would help me set your pup up for a happy, comfortable, and safe stay! In particular, it’s helpful to understand any fears, sensitivities, or triggers, such as reactions to other dogs, strangers, loud noises, or unfamiliar environments. I’d also love to know about their leash manners and recall, whether they’re ever allowed off-leash in appropriate settings, and any situations where I should take extra precautions. If there’s anything else unique about your pup’s personality or behavior that would help me understand them better, I’d love to hear it! You know your dog best, and even little details can help me make sure they’re comfortable and set up for success.
