Charlotte was so amazing with my cats and put my mind at ease when I left them for longer than I have in the past. She sent pictures every visit and let me know how everything was going so I could relax and enjoy my trip. I will definitely be requesting Charlotte to watch my cats again in the future
Charlotte was great! She was communicative and offered to meet us and our cat before we left on our trip which was reassuring. Ti minou was well cared for while we were gone. We would definitely recommend Charlotte and have her sit for us again!
This was my husband and I first time using Rover, and we could not be happier with the service! We have used boarding facilities jn the past and just knew our animals would be more comfortable at home. Charlotte made our first experience so awesome. She was very attentive and sent pictures of our animals daily. She really went above and beyond. We have a somewhat anxious dog and were a little worried but on first impressions he instantly loved her energy. We couls not be happier. Clearly a pet person :) 100% recommend.

Schedule
I am a student at NAU who greatly misses her own animals back home. Being a senior I have a more flexible schedule to come exercise and spend time with animals.
