Professional, Experienced & Reactive, Dog Friendly Dog Care Four years ago, after my own dog was attacked and became seriously reactive, my love and passion for dogs deepened even further. That experience pushed me to expand my knowledge and complete multiple levels of dog training, giving me a strong understanding of canine behaviour, body language and how a dog’s brain works, particularly when it comes to anxiety and reactivity. I have owned, cared for and walked a wide variety of breeds, from spaniels and terriers to larger breeds such as Rottweilers. No breed fazes me, and I am confident handling dogs of all temperaments. In fact, I have a real soft spot for the more challenging characters… they often just need patience, understanding and the right approach. I am fully trained in Pet First Aid and Dog Safety, so you can have peace of mind knowing I understand emergency procedures including bandaging, CPR and how to safely manage unexpected situations to protect your dog. As a mum, any dogs in my care will need to be comfortable around children. My baby is always closely supervised and taught to respect dogs’ boundaries. Safety is my top priority. I use stair gates within the home to create calm, separate spaces when needed, and on walks my baby is securely in a carrier so I have full control and both hands free at all times. Your dog’s wellbeing, safety and emotional comfort will always come first.
