I've taken care of dogs in my multi-pet family home as long as I can remember, so my experience spans dogs of different ages, different sizes, different energy levels, and different health conditions. (Cats, too!) From the overly-friendly forever puppy (hello, my previous Golden at 10!) and the large squirrel-mad attention hogger (my nephew!) to the shy, arthritic fluff ball old lady I live with at home, I've cared for and loved them all. I'll be great at reinforcing your current training routine, sticking to your diet of food, treats, and medicine if needed, and keeping your pet safe and comfortable while you're away.

Charlotte has walked, fed, medicated, loved and house-sat for our dogs for years (and cats when we had them) and I'd trust nobody more. Most recently she house-sat for our senior dog for 2 weeks doing multiple daily pill doses, walks and physical therapy. She's the absolute kindest, smartest, most responsible and trustworthy person you could ask for to look after your cats, dogs or other pets.

Schedule
I'm currently working freelance from home, which luckily for you means that my daily schedule is open to take care of your pet! I'm used to multiple daily walks and potty breaks -- for me and your dog! Depending on their energy level, I love hiking in the Arboretum and Discovery Park.

The first thing I do is make sure I have all the information needed to keep your pet safe in your home while you're away. Learning what your routines are, your pet's habits and behaviors (likes to eat trash? has a favorite toy?), and your house rules (dog on couch okay? Not allowed in the office? Let me know!), helps me ensure both your pet and your home are safe while you're away.

With your background information on what your pet likes to do, I'll customize a day they'll enjoy! If it's going into dog-friendly stores and meeting people, hiking in a park, running free at a dog park, or playing tug-of-war with a stuffed toy at home, we can fit it all in.
