Dog Care for Those Cool with Cats!
I’ve taken care of, fostered, and had dogs for the majority of my life. In my adult life I’ve only had cats of my own but love dogs all the same! I have volunteered at shelters to care for the dogs and to train them. Although I don’t have a training credential, I can train dogs to learn basic commands and walk on a leash without going crazy.

The best! Charlotte is a life saver and a very down to earth, easy going gal. I feel like my pup was sad that she was leaving her. She really saved me and picked up a last minute booking request after we had a cancellation and I had a 7am flight. I want to say all the nicest words about her, and can't them together....she is awesome & a delight. Dependable.
Charlotte is amazing with my pets. She understands how to match energy to make sure that they feel connected and comfortable around her. I have never come back from a trip to find my dogs more calm and zen then any other sitter I have had. I wouldn’t use anyone else’s.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Charlotte and her pet sitting abilities. From the moment I reached out to her, she was incredibly professional and attentive. She made sure that my cat, Ziggy, would be okay around other cats and was thorough with verifying his needs for medication for the time I was gone. She made sure to send daily update photos and videos and I could tell the two of them were having a great time. Ziggy seemed to feel comfortable and well-cared for in her presence, and I came home to find him happy and healthy. Charlotte went above and beyond, even accommodating Ziggy’s odd request to be brushed with the broom😂 You can be sure that your pet is in great hands with Charlotte caring for them! Schedule
I currently work from home most days as a private tutor and if I do have an in person session I’m gone for about 3 hours, give or take, in the early evening. With me being home most of the day any dog will have the company they’re used to!

In other’s home I am very clean and precise with whatever instructions are given to me. In my home I make sure there’s lots of toys and treats for my own fur children and the ones I’m pet sitting. I live in an apartment and have a balcony that they can sit out on. Although I may not have a fenced yard, I'm very active and go hiking and walking and to the park often, so your furry friend will get plenty of outside time and exercise! I have 3 cats of my own that keep their distance and mind their business with dogs, so if your dog is well behaved with cats then boarding with me would be a great fit!
Pets
A typical day
I love hiking and going on walks and getting coffee, so I always bring the dogs I’m sitting to those activities if they’re comfortable with it! At the bare minimum I’ll walk them twice a day and go to different parks so it doesn’t get boring. I also try to make sure I find dog parks where dogs can be off the leash so they have time to run around (but I’m not the most social so I make sure no one else is there). It’s a nice opportunity for the dogs to have a space to run by themselves.
