We will look after your pet as if it were our own
My husband and I had our first chocolate lab for nearly 9 years and so have experience of looking after a big, excitable dog. We had our daughter in 2017 and so she is also very used to a big excitable dog and loves animals. We recently got our new chocolate Labrador puppy, Humphrey, who was born August 2024. We have many dogs within our extended family (red setters, spanish water dogs, rough haired collies) and can socialise your dogs with these if you were happy to. We have experience with both puppies and senior dogs. We live in a detached bungalow with an enclosed garden that is next to a lovely walk along a bridlepath. We're also only 10 minutes away from the beach so should your dog enjoy beach walks, there will be plenty of opportunities for a good stomp or swim if they fancy!

Denzel, our very energetic cocker spaniel, had a lovely stay with Charlotte and his new friend Humphrey! He had lots of lovely walks and adventures and was well looked after, we’d definitely book again :)
We were in Cornwall for a family wedding and brought Bentley with us. He had a familiarisation session with Charlotte, then had a day and sleepover with her. He very quickly settled in and seemed quite at home. Charlotte was lovely with Bentley, she was very calm and relaxed. We would definitely be happy for Bentley to visit Charlotte again if the need arose. Many thanks Charlotte 😊
Charlotte was absolutely amazing with coco! She kept me informed with regular messages, pictures and videos. Coco had a great time with Humphrey and I’m sure enjoyed the long walks. I’d happy use Charlotte again when I visit Cornwall next time. Thank you so much for looking after coco so well!
Darwin enjoyed his time with Charlotte, he had walks on both days and had a dedicated area to play. We were really happy to leave him to Charlotte’s care and would use her services again without hesitation! 100% recommend for your furry family member

Schedule
I work from home full time, so apart from an occasional school run, your pet will not be left alone for long periods of time. Your pet could be walked together with our dog or on its own, dependant on how they were together and what your preferences are. We crate train our dog and he is very happy to sleep or rest in there when needed. If you were to require my services for walking, I can be flexible on when these walks occur. We love walking, beaches, swimming and spending time at home.

We crate train our dog and have done since he was a puppy. He is allowed on sofas and likewise so would yours if you chose to do that. We would treat your pet as if it were ours. They would be loved and cared for hugely.
Pets
A typical day
I like to stimulate our dog not just on walks, but through games and treats too. As we have a young dog, we are currently training him and enjoy reward based training that may include sniffer training.
