I graduate from university this summer, and I finished my classes at the start of May, so I am currently networking and looking for jobs. All I do at the moment is rehearsals for a show roughly once a week and the gym, so I’m very much available to look after your pets.

We have two very friendly Labradors and a fully enclosed and secure, medium sized garden. We have an upstairs and downstairs, with a conservatory and childgate between the living room and kitchen, which means we can choose not to let them in if they’ve had a particularly wet walk. They have the run of the garden, and in summer months they love going between the conservatory and garden to sleep in the sun. I offer two walks a day and as many potty breaks as your dog needs.
Information Charlotte H. would like to know about your pet
I like to know if the dog is a good walker, how they respond to people/ other dogs/ cats, and in house sittings and drop ins, I like to know the key situation, about how I’ll be letting myself in and out of the building.
A typical day
We feed our dogs in the morning, then go for a walk, roughly between 1 and 2 hours. They get a chew and relax until the afternoon, where they go for a shorter walk, roughly half an hour, get fed at about 5pm, and chill again. We let them out for a potty break just before we go up to bed, which is roughly 10pm, and they enjoy sleeping deeply until the following morning. We also like varying our dogs’ walks in length and the places we go to, including beach walks, places where they can be let off the lead and run, and places where they can have a swim.

Pet care experience
I have had pet experience from as young as I can remember, starting with my ginger cat, my black cat and my rescue golden retriever cross before I was 10. I have two Labradors, one 12 and another 9 years of age who I look after and regularly take on walks, and look after full time when my parents go on holiday. My dad now runs his own dog boarding and walking business, and I’ve been on Rover for 3 or 4 years now, so I have experience with a wide variety of breeds. I’ve been booked many times and have many testimonials, so you can see through experience how well I can look after your pets while also keeping you well informed with information and pictures while you are away.

I highly recommend Charlotte. She was super organised and a great communicator from the first contact. We had a meet and greet before the sit and it was obvious our 2 cats and German shepherd dog were very relaxed in her calm and gentle presence. Charlotte sent us daily updates and really got to know the different personalities of each of the pets. We returned to a happy household that hardly noticed our absence! Thankyou.

Magic had a lovely day with Andrew, Denise and the Labradors and was very well looked after. It’s the first time we’ve left him with people he didn’t know but we were reassured from the start by their professionalism when we first made the booking, and the follow up phone call. When we met the family, they were lovely and it we knew Magic was in safe hands for the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with them again :-)

Thank you Charlotte for taking such good care of Pablo for the week. He had a great time and always came home very happy.

Charlotte came on a quick visit before I went away to familiarise herself with Chester and the layout of the house. Being well used to her own pets she was great with Chester. There were no problems whilst I was away and I was kept informed by photos etc. Chester was his usual self when I returned so he must have had a good time ! I will definitely use rover.com and hopefully Charlotte on my next weekend away. Many thanks, Jan
