Charlotte came for the day to get to know Finn, our little dog, before coming to stay over in a few weeks time. We left for the day and when we returned Finn was sitting next to her on the sofa looking content and happy:) Charlotte is a calm and friendly person who understands pups very well. :)
Took great care of my pets and was reliable, professional, and communicated
Our 130# Newfoundland and cat were well taken care of. Communication was great, even using a different app since we were in Europe. Would not hesitate to use Charlotte again, she cared for our animals like they were hers.
