Animal lover who can give home-from-home care
I’ve cared for animals of various types from a young age, and would love to give my extra time to those who need it. I have cared for dogs for family, friends and neighbours in the past, breeds include golden retriever, labrador, springer spaniel, Jack Russel etc. Growing up we had a black labrador (for 15 years!) and a cat, along with a rabbit. Though not classed as a professional, I believe I am able to treat your pet with the same care and attention as though they were part of my own family.

Charlotte was very professional and kept us updated with Rufus’s stay and sent a photo too.
Charlotte did a fantastic job at looking after Smudge while we were away for a few weeks over Christmas. We were kept updated with pictures and info letting us know how he was getting on as this was the first time we had left him with someone else, but I can safely say we would definitely use Charlotte again! Highly recommended.
Our 12 year old Lurcher has been lucky enough to spend two holidays with Chatlotte and her wonderful family. They have been very sensitive to Loulou's needs and intergrated her into their warm, loving and calm home. They have taken care of her medical needs by administering cream to a sore patch. Charlotte offers a safe, reliable and highly recommended service, that is sensitive to your pets physical and mental needs. We won't hesitate to ask her to have Loulou to stay again.
Tiggy had a very lovely stay with Charlotte and her family. It was so wonderful to leave her in such safe caring hands . Thank you so much Charlotte and your family.
Charlotte and her family where absolutely amazing hosts for Rufus. Charlotte always communicated well and quickly, whilst she was looking after Rufus she gave us regular updates which was lovely to see. I would definitely recommend Charlotte to anyone as Rufus has the best week with them all 😊
Charlotte and her husband were amazing with my boy Alan! I couldn’t have asked for better care for him. I was really nervous leaving him for a week but the photos and messages made me feel really at ease. I could tell when I picked him up that he had been cared for well. I would leave 6 stars if possible!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced garden which is secure. There is plenty of local outdoor space for both short and longer walks, and a big dog-friendly field just around the corner.
A typical day
We live at the foot of the northern edge of Dartmoor with plenty of walks and areas for us to explore with lots of space to roam and play!
