I work from home, as does my better half, an engineer. Your dog would have two loving companions while in our home. We also own a wonderful Boxer who loves every dog he meets and has zero dominance or aggression. If you prefer me to come to your home, I can arrange that, as well.

We can only accept house trained and non aggressive dogs. I prefer dogs that are not barkers, as we both work from home and are constantly on calls with clients. If your dog can use a dog door, that's a plus. If not, maybe we can teach him or her? I CANNOT ACCEPT UNNEUTERED MALES nor FEMALES IN HEAT.
A typical day
We typically work 9-5, Monday through Friday and have pretty busy days. During work hours, there will be lots of cuddling. After work, I walk my dog daily and take him to a local park. If your dog is a happy car rider, we at least go for rides, if the weather is poor.

I work for a university and have a position that allows me to work remotely from home. As a result, I am lucky to spend my days with my very spoiled Boxer, Woody. I have a large back yard and take my puppy for walks every evening. I have been a volunteer in a tri-state Boxer rescue for almost 15 years and have been active in training Boxers for more than two decades. I have excellent references, both from current and former law enforcement officers as well as persons active in rescue. I am close to the Animal Emergency Vet. if you have a dog with special concerns and one of my friends is an awesome vet! You won't find a more loving home than mine. Please feel free to call and we can arrange a pre-meeting if you feel more comfortable. Dogs will have constant access to the outdoors, via a dog door. We treat dogs like family. My own vet used to leave her pit with me when he was going through chemo, so you know I’m trusted. Note: It is preferred to have at least one day board prior to long term stays. This ensures that your baby is comfortable and feels safe in my care. I find that fur babies feel more confident and less anxious if they have been introduced to us and our environment before being left long term. Reach out for a meet and greet and we can see what's best for you and your dog(s). I always want to do what's in the best interest of each pup. 💕

Charlotte was absolutely wonderful with our 1 1/2 year old bernedoodle, Wren. She treated her like one of her own and even took her to our local dog park (that we are also members of) for extra outside play with other dogs. She sent lots of pictures and videos, was super responsive and communicated throughout our time away. Wren was super happy and playful when we picked her up which is a testament to how comfortable and well taken care of while we were away! We hope to have Charlotte care for her again the next time we’re away.
My first experience with Rover and Charlotte made it seamless! I needed a sitter for my two dogs and that same morning, Charlotte came through! She made everything so easy, stayed in communication by sending updates and pics of the dogs. I knew the dogs were in good hands when I first arrived. I’ll happily request Charlotte’s service again. Charlotte was outstanding! I sent multiple requests. Charlotte responded almost immediately. The introduction was scheduled and went smoothly. Charlotte was very helpful additionally by offering hotel and dining options. Charlotte and my dog Kiki really hit it off well. I felt comfortable leaving Kiki with Charlotte. I was more than pleased with Charlotte. I would book with her again, and highly recommend Charlotte.
