CJ's Pet Care
Hi my name is CJ. I have always loved animals & lived with a range of animals from dogs and cats to various rodents. I am used to being in a multi pet environment and I have pet sat for friends on several occasions and looked after their homes whilst they have been away. This has included 2 or more dogs at a time (Which includes puppies and a senior dog), and 3 cats for another friend. One pet sit for a friend and their 6 dogs even included a Royal Python :) I have had animals at home all my life and have around 4 years of experience as a volunteer in a boarding kennels since studying Animal Care in 2014 up to when Abbots Leigh Kennels and Cattery sadly closed. I therefore have experiencing in handling various different animals and in particular a good understanding of dog and cat behaviour (And rescues) The services I offer will be dog walks, home visits once or twice a day and pet sits, full days and overnights. Due to having my own animals, a Cat - Gizmo and a Staffy - Dexter, pet sitting within my own home will unfortunately not be possible. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets. When dog walking for others I will always walk on lead and would love to know your pets' favourite routes, as this will be familiar and more comfortable for them. Safety, trust & environment
Due to having my own animals I'd be unable to board at my own home. However, I have experience in pet and home sitting for others and feel this can be more comfortable for pets too. I'd stick as close to the normal routine as possible whilst respecting your home. This I like to discuss when I meet you. For dog walking, I will always walk your dogs on lead and would like to know their favourite routes as this would also be more comfortable for them.
Ratings and reviews
This was the 2nd time we had Charlotte over to care for our dogs Kappi and Luna. As before, she was caring and considerate, left the house spotless and ensured our nervous dogs were at ease and well loved. She also sends lots of photos and updates which is always appreciated. Would happily invite her back anytime!
Once again CJ was great with the dogs. Walks when the weather allowed (it was a heatwave) and lots of time and attention taking care of them. Will book again!
CJ as usual was so thoughtful and did more than expected
CJ arrived at 8.00 as agreed and took all my 3 dogs for a walk at 8 while it is still cool. She fed my cats and played a little with the dogs during the day until I returned around 3pm. What more could you ask for 😁
CJ looked after our two cats Tango and Cash. Tango is quite shy and is used to me being home most of the time. Tango relaxed around CJ really quickly and I got lots of very sweet updates. CJs communication was brilliant throughout which put me at ease, especially as I could see how well Tango and Cash were being looked after. I cannot recommend CJ enough and will go to them in the future any time we need care for Tango and Cash. Thank you!
CJ was great with Cwtch and was so caring, especially since it was the first time we'd left her for a weekend and she's still only a puppy. She left the house very tidy and gave us loads of updates which was much appreciated.

I recently left full time work due to wanting to help others more including my family and spend more time with animals, my own and other people's pets. My schedule will therefore fit around you and I am available any time to support.
