CJ's Pet Care
Hi my name is CJ. I have always loved animals & lived with a range of animals from dogs and cats to various rodents. I am used to being in a multi pet environment and I have pet sat for friends on several occasions and looked after their homes whilst they have been away. This has included 2 or more dogs at a time (Which includes puppies and a senior dog), and 3 cats for another friend. One pet sit for a friend and their 6 dogs even included a Royal Python :) I have had animals at home all my life and have around 4 years of experience as a volunteer in a boarding kennels since studying Animal Care in 2014 up to when Abbots Leigh Kennels and Cattery sadly closed. I therefore have experiencing in handling various different animals and in particular a good understanding of dog and cat behaviour (And rescues) The services I offer will be dog walks, home visits once or twice a day and pet sits, full days and overnights. Due to having my own animals, a Cat - Gizmo and a Staffy - Dexter, pet sitting within my own home will unfortunately not be possible. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets. When dog walking for others I will always walk on lead and would love to know your pets' favourite routes, as this will be familiar and more comfortable for them. Safety, trust & environment
Due to having my own animals I'd be unable to board at my own home. However, I have experience in pet and home sitting for others and feel this can be more comfortable for pets too. I'd stick as close to the normal routine as possible whilst respecting your home. This I like to discuss when I meet you. For dog walking, I will always walk your dogs on lead and would like to know their favourite routes as this would also be more comfortable for them.

CJ looked after Axel and Bailey while we were away and I honestly could not have asked for more. Her communication throughout was excellent. She sent photos and videos, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and when I asked her to give the boys a hug from me she made sure they got one. That might sound like a small thing but when you are away from your dogs for that long it means everything. They were walked every day and the pictures said it all. Two very happy, very settled dogs. We also came home to a house that was clean, tidy and exactly as we left it, which I really appreciated after a long journey back. The best thing I can say is that I spent the whole trip not worrying about them. Knowing my boys were being properly cared for by someone who clearly loves dogs made an enormous difference to being able to relax and enjoy the time away. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely care for your dogs and respect your home, book CJ. We will absolutely be booking her again. Thank you CJ, it meant a lot.
CJ goes above and beyond to make Wanda happy and comfortable and I get great updates (and pics!). Would 100% recommend.
CJ was brilliant - we had a fantastic meet and greet where my dog clearly loved her, and she took Benny for a great walk 0 sending me updates all the time, which was super comforting. Would highly recommend CJ!
CJ is brilliant. This is the second time CJ has looked after Tango and Cash and I can’t recommend them enough. Excellent communication and updates the whole time we were away which really put my mind at ease. Tango and Cash were so happy and well cared for, I will definitely book CJ again in the future.
We now use CJ permanently as our walker and sitter and she is wonderful. Luna loves her, she sends consistent updates and the house is always sparkling when we get back! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone
This was the 2nd time we had Charlotte over to care for our dogs Kappi and Luna. As before, she was caring and considerate, left the house spotless and ensured our nervous dogs were at ease and well loved. She also sends lots of photos and updates which is always appreciated. Would happily invite her back anytime!

Schedule
I recently left full time work due to wanting to help others more including my family and spend more time with animals, my own and other people's pets. My schedule will therefore fit around you and I am available any time to support.

- I have no preference on breeds as comfortable with many types of dogs and cats. However, if you have any specific requirements for your pets then I'm of course happy to discuss this further.
