I provide calm, reliable, and personalized care so pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I’m attentive to each pet’s routine, personality, and needs, whether that means energetic walks and playtime, patience with nervous pets, or extra comfort for senior pets. I’m experienced with both young and older pets, including continuing owner’s basic training such as crate routines, leash manners, and positive behavior. I also understand the extra care senior pets may need, including slower walks, medication routines, mobility support, and maintaining a low-stress environment. I keep owners updated with regular photos and messages, and I always make sure pets get plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and supervision. My goal is for your pet to feel at home and for you to have complete peace of mind whilst you’re away. They will be treated as my own :) (And not to mention, great company for me too! Murphy loved his time at Charlotte's and she really put my mind at ease with lots of pictures and messages :). He's a very excitable 4 month old pup so it's lovely to know hes having a nice time! will definitely be leaving our pup with him again
Charlotte is the most caring and capable person and I wouldn’t let my dog stay with anybody else but her. She loves our dog as though she were her own and Olive is never nervous or stressed when she stays with Charlotte- in fact she often doesn’t want to come home. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Schedule
I work from home, which means your pup won’t be left alone for long stretches or at all if required, and can enjoy plenty of company throughout the day. My flexible schedule lets me take regular play breaks, toileting trips whenever needed, and keep their routine steady and stress‑free. I’m available for weekday and weekend boarding. Because I’m home throughout the day, I’m able to keep a close eye on every pet and make sure they feel comfortable and secure. I have a fenced garden for safe outdoor time, and I tailor care to each dog’s needs and routines and follow owner’s requests. Whether that’s quiet rest, supervised play, or crate time if that helps them feel settled. My goal is to create a calm, happy environment where your pet feels like part of the family and a real home away from home.
A typical day
Every dog and owner is different so I am happy to adapt to cater to your needs, whether that’s relaxing in the garden, limiting exercise if needed for medical reasons for example. Or giving 2-3 walks a day for more active dogs. Or short walks, lots of sniffing and enrichment activities for those that need extra stimulation.
