Lottie was great with my cat Milo. She carefully read my instructions and completed all the tasks on the list. Lottie was also very sensitive to Milo's emotional needs; Milo is just the biggest lap cat, and he really appreciated the cuddles and brushing. Lottie also played with him- with some of his favourite toys and puzzle feeders. The updates I received were detailed and thoughtful, giving me, as Milo's human, peace of mind. Charlotte has been walking our German Shepherd Nico on a regular basis for over 6 months. Nico is always so excited to see her when she arrives which is always a good sign that they have fun together! She’s always on time, takes time to ensure Nico is properly exercised and is always happy to play never ending games of fetch with him! Nico comes back nicely tired and content every time! Nico can sometimes be a little unruly and headstrong, but Charlotte handles him really well. Charlotte’s flexibility is also very welcome and she has been able to give Nico walks at the last minute and fit us in when issues have come up. We will continue to use Charlotte to walk Nico whenever we’re unable to and would recommend her to anyone!
