Charlotte is simply the very best dog sitter we have ever had—and over the years, we have had many! She stayed in our home and cared for our two dogs, Snowball and Dolly, and she was extraordinary from beginning to end. During her stay, one of our dogs developed a hurt paw that required a trip to the vet. Charlotte handled everything beautifully: she took her to the vet, brought back detailed instructions, followed them carefully, and kept us informed throughout. Knowing Charlotte was there made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Charlotte is incredibly generous, caring, responsible, and responsive. She managed a busy household with people coming and going, cared for a sick dog, took both dogs to the dog park and on daily walks, and responded to our texts almost immediately. Most importantly, it was obvious how genuinely she cared about Snowball and Dolly. She was also wonderfully gracious and courteous in our home and treated it with tremendous care and respect. We returned to happy, well-cared-for dogs and a home that had clearly been looked after just as thoughtfully. We trust Charlotte completely and feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!

Charlotte has cared for our dog multiple times and we are so happy with the care she provides. She’s loving, gives the dog lots of attention and exercise, and when we return Frankie is always incredible happy! I would highly recommend Charlotte for pet sitting and dog walking. She clearly loves animals and does a great job of keeping them happy and safe!
