Charlotte provided exceptional care for Marcus, keeping me informed every step of the way with regular updates on his wellbeing. It was such a relief knowing he was in safe, attentive hands. She was wonderfully flexible around my schedule and consistently punctual - exactly what you want when you're trusting someone with your pet. When I returned home, everything was spotless: a clean litter tray and the right amount of food in his bowl. It's clear she genuinely takes pride in the care she provides. I'd absolutely recommend Charlotte and will definitely be booking again! :)
Charlotte did not seem reliable on the first day of coming in to see Bluebell and Sabre I did not get a up date on how they were until I had sent her a message to ask if she had been in to see them and Wednesday their was no up date at all also Friday and Saturday the last day she came in their was a short message just to say they were both fine and she had not cleaned the two litter trays out properly on all the days she had come in she had just topped them up with fresh litter far to full and left all the soiled litter underneath also filled up the bowls with far to much dry cat food so I will not be using her again .
Charlotte is so kind and caring, and is the perfect choice for someone looking for a pet sitter. She will take into account your pets needs and keep you updated throughout. I 100% recommend!

Schedule
I have recently gone freelance as a photographer, so I am at home editing a lot. I shoot for a few hours a day but my availability varies widely.

My house is secure and have a garden if your animal wants to go outside. Both neighbours have a small dog but there is no access to them.
A typical day
I have a large green area near my house if your animal needs to run but not too far, I am walking distance to Cleeve Hill where we can adventure and end at The Rising Sun.
