Charlotte looks after pets all the time. She has looked after my cat and dog whilst I have been on holiday for a week and I have had no problems with the service she gave towards my pets. They were cleaned, fed and walked every single day. When she left, they cried and wanted her to come back. She comes to visit them now and again and they love her!
Charlotte has always helped me for years with my pets and I can safely say she is so professional and always does an amazing job , couldn’t be more satisfied, I would recommend.

I provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care tailored to each pet’s individual needs. In my home, pets have a clean, safe, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, playtime, and affection. I follow the owner’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medication (if required), and any special care instructions to help pets feel relaxed and secure. When caring for pets in a pet owner’s home, I respect their home and maintain the pet’s normal routine to minimise stress. I ensure fresh water is always available, provide regular exercise and enrichment, clean up after pets, and keep owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. I pay close attention to each pet’s behaviour and wellbeing and would promptly contact the owner or a veterinarian if I noticed any signs of illness or an emergency. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owner is away.
Pets
A typical day
I love making sure every pet has fun while staying active, happy, and mentally stimulated. Activities are always tailored to each pet’s personality, age, and energy level. For dogs, this can include walks, games of fetch, tug-of-war, scent games, trips to secure parks (with the owner’s permission), and plenty of playtime and cuddles. For cats, I enjoy interactive toy sessions, feather wands, laser play (used responsibly), puzzle toys, and giving them lots of attention if they enjoy it. I also include quiet enrichment, such as treat puzzles, basic training or practising commands, and relaxing companionship for pets that prefer a calmer pace. Above all, I make sure every activity is safe, enjoyable, and suited to the individual pet, so they stay happy and comfortable while their owner is away.
