I have worked as a full-time Rover sitter and walker for 5 months and have continued this part-time more recently. I have experience caring for over dozens of pets and families and I have been caring for cats and dogs my whole life growing up with them and helping out with friends and neighbors. This experience included daily walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention to ensure each pet felt safe and happy and entertained. I have also assisted with puppy care and helped with potty training. I’ve also had experience working at a veterinary clinic, where I cared for and interacting with dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and personalities. There, I learned how to handle nervous or anxious dogs and provided comfort and reassurance during visits.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping them comfortable and maintaining their normal routine. I follow your instructions carefully, whether that includes feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medication. I make sure pets receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship, respecting their boundaries and getting to know them at a pace that makes them feel safe. Beyond pet care, I keep the home tidy, water bowls full, and litter boxes clean, so you can return to happy pets and a well-cared-for space.

Charlotte was great with my Nigel. She gave me updates at every visit. This was my first time doing anything like this and charlotte was accommodating by meeting ahead of time and making sure we all felt comfortable. I could tell my cat was happy and content even with me being away. If you need a sitter while you’re away for your precious - I have no hesitation with Charlotte! Thank you again!

I’m a recent college graduate and worked as a full-time pet sitter and dog walker for 4 months following graduation. I have recently started a new position, but I would love to continue this work on the side. Outside of work, my time is my own, which means I can dedicate plenty of energy and attention to caring for your pets. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, cuddles, or making sure they stay on routine, I’m committed to keeping them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.
