Charlotte was kind and gentle with our very old cat, who I think barely noticed we had gone away because of Charlotte's good ministrations! She was reliable and trustworthy, and coped well with all medication she had to give our cat, the litter tray, furballs, and mess from our longhaired hairy old cat.
Wonderful and very consistent! Charlotte walked Rio for me regularly and was always very friendly - Rio loved it with her. Very responsive too!

Charlotte was everything one would hope for when asking for someone to come to your house and look after your dogs for a night. She came and met them in the week prior, was punctual when arriving for the sit and left the house clean and tidy and the dogs very much enjoyed having her. I would highly recommend her
