We both are lucky enough to work on a hybrid basis and on the days one of us is in our office, the other is at home. We do have to do school runs during week days but are only out of the house for around half an hour at these times. Weekends we spend mostly at home in our large garden or walking in the local area so a dog would be the perfect addition to our lifestyle.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large fenced garden which your pet would have access to and also a large utility room where the dog would sleep at night so they have their own space. Other arrangements could be discussed on a pet by pet basis.

Information Charlotte B. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or dietary requirements. It’s important to us that we look after your dog in the same way you do, so that everyone is as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
If your dog came to stay with us, they would very much be part of family life. We often go for walks to the Bearsted Woodland Trust or Mote Park in Maidstone as well as around the streets and other parks in the area. We also spend a lot of time outdoors in the garden where we can play games with your dog. The children love playing with the dogs that come to stay, playing fetch and incorporating them into their playtime.

Pet care experience
Both my husband, Ben, and I have had cats and dogs all of our lives when growing up and as part of our adult lives. Currently we have none of our own animals and thought this would be a wonderful way to incorporate pets into our family life and let our children experience having pets at home. We have three children, age 5 and under. We live near fields with wonderful opportunities for walking dogs and with one of us being at home every day, it would be nice to have the extra company and also for you to know your pet won’t be left alone for long periods.

Thank you Charlotte and family for looking after Buddy. He made himself right at home! He is used to plenty of exercise and lots of cuddles and playtime and he certainly received all of these! Regular updates and photos reassured us Bud was having the best time.

Charlotte has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of providing our first day care for Teddy. Charlotte & her family are so lovely and welcoming and Teddy seems to have had a great time. She has been so helpful and accommodating throughout and we feel very lucky to have found her. We were regularly updated with photos of Teddy enjoying himself too which was fab to know he was having fun & settled in his new surroundings. We are looking forward to his next visit.

Great care and communication as always! Thank you

Charlotte and her family provided exceptional dog boarding. We were entirely confident that our dog was safe and well cared for. Highly recommended.
