I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, it was clear that Charlotte genuinely loves and understands cats, and that made all the difference while I was away. She visited twice a day exactly as arranged, making sure my cat had everything he needed. Every visit came with wonderful updates, including lovely photos and videos that completely put my mind at ease. It was such a comfort to see my cat looking relaxed and playful. Returning home, I found a calm, happy, and well-cared-for cat, which is the best reassurance any pet owner could hope for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte as a cat sitter to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and professional. Her communication was excellent, the daily updates were fantastic, and the level of care exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my cat!
Charlotte was fantastic from start to finish. Our cat loved her and she was great at communication sending us lots of photos and videos when she was pet sitting. Charlotte was coming round during a heat wave so made sure our cat had plenty of water to make sure our cat was going to be ok during the hot spell. Thanks again Charlotte 5 star
This was my first time using a cat sitter service. One of my cats is diabetic and so it’s always a concern with him needing insulin injections. Charlotte was brilliant with him, my other cat is not really a people cat, but he decided Charlotte was the exception to that and he became Mr friendly, happy to eat his food in front of her. They both greeted her every day like their long lost friend. She sent lots of videos and pictures which helped me be at ease and know they were ok. Highly recommend.
Charlotte room great care of our two cats while we were away for 2 weeks. Our cats had a great time and got lots of cuddles and play time. We were so reassured to have Charlotte looking after our cats and we got a lot of pictures and videos to show how happy they were. Thanks again, Charlotte. You did an awesome job!
Charlotte is fantastic! She replied quickly to my request and we arranged a visit. My cat is usually quite wary of new people but she seems to be very comfortable around Charlotte and was even sitting on her lap on the first visit! She made the process very simple, sent lots of photos and videos to keep me updated and I'm so happy I chose her. Would 100% recommend.
