Charlotte was amazing. She came over beforehand and met Lucas, who instantly loved her - which made me feel much more at ease! She was easy to contact and provided lots of updates. Without a doubt I would trust Charlotte to look after Lucas again!

We couldn’t recommend Charlotte highly enough! Having only ever had friends/family look after our cat when away we were a little nervous of using a cat sitter but felt at ease from the moment we met Charlotte. She took the time to come meet our cat and us before the job started, and send wonderful pics and videos each day we were gone. She even bought her a little toy to help keep her entertained! We’d only just moved house so the timing wasn’t ideal to leave our cat but we are in no doubt Charlotte made her feel cared for, comfortable and loved in our absence. Will use Charlotte again and would recommend to anyone looking for a kind and trustworthy sitter.

Charlotte was amazing and Prince loved her :-). She was flexible and responded to all requests and questions very quickly, and was a very reassuring and calming influence to a slightly nervous Cat-Father. Charlotte sent lots of updates so it was good to see that Prince was very happy. I thoroughly recommend Charlotte and knowing that she's here is great so I can plan more getaways in the future without worrying about Prince.

I couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. From the very beginning, it was clear that Charlotte genuinely loves and understands cats, and that made all the difference while I was away. She visited twice a day exactly as arranged, making sure my cat had everything he needed. Every visit came with wonderful updates, including lovely photos and videos that completely put my mind at ease. It was such a comfort to see my cat looking relaxed and playful. Returning home, I found a calm, happy, and well-cared-for cat, which is the best reassurance any pet owner could hope for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte as a cat sitter to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, and professional. Her communication was excellent, the daily updates were fantastic, and the level of care exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my cat!

Charlotte was fantastic from start to finish. Our cat loved her and she was great at communication sending us lots of photos and videos when she was pet sitting. Charlotte was coming round during a heat wave so made sure our cat had plenty of water to make sure our cat was going to be ok during the hot spell. Thanks again Charlotte 5 star
