i work part time hours at the animal hospital during the summer months and full time during fall and winter but i am extremely flexible, as i work on my terms and conditions. i am willing to fit last minute accommodation if it works with my personal schedule but i can also take time out of my day if needed to walk a dog etc.

i unfortunately cannot have pets in my building but i am more than willing and able to go to anyone else’s beloved home to pet sit, or walk, or feed animals. i come in with a soft expression and wait for the animals to get used to me and my scent and then i wait for their approval to come further in their home/space. i am very careful to not touch them when they don’t want to be touched and i am always patient with animals especially if they’re new to my route.

Please do let me know if your dog is dog and people aggressive so that i can be prepared to muzzle on walks if needed and provided, if you’re animal needs medication administered I am more than welcome to administer it but please do show me your way of administering the medication, with how much, and what time!

i love to take dogs out into an open field and just play catch or take them on a nice long walk to stimulate their brain, so a typical dog walk is a long nature walk with water breaks and or catching a ball. For dog sitting it’s the same thing but when we aren’t out for a walk we will be having playtime indoors just keep their mind occupied! For cat sitting they’re typically in the more relaxed side so if they ask to play i will definitely love to pull out a string toy and have them play with it and do cat like activities with them.

hello! my name is charlize i’m 22 i’ve grown up with animals my whole life and now i currently work at an animal hospital helping taking care of the dogs and cats that come in to see the vet. i’m very experienced with animals and taking care of animals and i love all different kinds of animals. i’ve worked at the animal hospital now for two and a half years and its been the most amazing two and a half years of my life. i am also going to school to practice becoming a veterinarian so i am really excited to meet all new furry friends for more experience. i am good with administering medication, i am good with dealing with aggressive dogs, i am good with any diabetic cat or dog with dosing insulin. you name it and i can do it!!

Charlize is amazing with animals!! She currently works for a vet, and always treats animals with the utmost care. She has personally watched my own cats, and they love her dearly!!! I highly recommend Charlize as a pet sitter!
Liza is such a great caretaker and very knowledgeable about animal health, wellbeing, and happiness. She is so friendly, communicative, professional, and takes such amazing care of my three cats when I am away. They love her so much and I trust her to keep a close eye on them, give them lots of playtime and cuddles, and make sure they are safe/ healthy. It’s clear that she really loves animals and makes sure they get the time and attention they need. Charlize is a wonderful human being who dedicates her life to serving her community, tirelessly, and does it so beautifully too!
