I have a fenced yard and two other dogs with advanced obedience that I can keep separated from other animals as well. (I understand not all of us get along, dogs included, and want what’s best for all of us.) I also can add other services like walks, baths, and hikes when available as additional services. It would be very helpful to know your animals triggers if any and if your animal could be weary of strangers. It just helps me to prepare for what to expect and to make it a positive experience for both me and the animal.
A typical day
I like to take the dogs in my care on walks and I also let them roam at parks on a long line when there aren’t very many people around. I am very cautious of other dogs and try to continuously give your dog positive experiences that will also help build your dogs confidence to new environments. I also own a doggy treadmill that I use for most dogs. Once they learn how to use it they generally love it. I also do social sessions with other dogs if your dog is comfortable and doesn’t show any signs of issues with other dogs, as well as giving stimulating dog toys and things like that.

I’ve taken care of dogs since I was very young and worked at a kennel for 2 years caring for dogs of all sizes with many different needs.

My dog is always scared and nervous to be with someone new. She handled my doggy Peanut well and kept me updated through out the day.
