I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience — from volunteering at the Austin Animal Center to caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and returning clients. I share my home with two wonderful pups: a gentle 6-year-old Airedale mix and a playful 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel. They’re well-socialized, affectionate, and love welcoming new furry friends into our calm, cozy space. As an Austin native now based in Kyle, I know the safest walking routes and quiet, pet-friendly spots nearby, so your dog is always in good hands. I’m caring, communicative, and attentive, and I do everything I can to help pets feel comfortable, happy, and at ease while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, cuddles, or a peaceful nap, I make every stay feel like home — calm, fun, and full of love. 🐾

Charlize was absolutely incredible! She was so flexible with our change in plans and sent daily updates of Luca. Seemed like he had an amazing time playing with Syre and on his stay overall. Definitely recommend her.
Charlize was amazing! She was able to help with last minute day off accommodations for this Christmas holiday. Her pup was so friendly with my two frenchies, one who doesn’t even always get along great with other pups. She was very communicative throughout their stay, I received daily updates and lots of pictures and videos. Highly recommend and will definitely use Charlize again next time I’m in need of a rover! Charlize took amazing care of our Betty. It was our first time leaving her, and we were nervous because she still has lots of puppy energy, but she did great. I could tell Charlize understands dog body language, and she was aware how to introduce her dogs in a safe way. She sent us pictures and videos daily, and communicated with us throughout the entire stay. Our dog came home tired but happy, and I can tell she misses her playmates. We will definitely use Charlize again, and we highly recommend her services.
Charlize was great with our needy little guy. Nelson quickly bonded with her and we are so thankful. Charlize sent us numerous photos and videos and kept us caught up on her and Nelson’s activity’s. We recommend!
Charlize was a great sitter and my dogs really enjoyed her being there. She was very attentive and was excellent at sending pictures of them and communicating. Will use again!

Fortunately, I work fully remote, which gives me complete flexibility to accommodate your pet’s individual needs and preferences. I take my own dogs on morning and evening walks and include plenty of playtime, outdoor breaks, and attention throughout the day. It’s very important to me that every pet in my care feels happy, relaxed, and mentally stimulated. I don’t believe in crating for long hours or leaving animals unattended. I focus on connection, engagement, and presence so your pet feels truly cared for and loved while you’re away. 💗

A typical day
A typical day with me includes morning and evening walks around our neighborhood, where my partner and I love to explore with the dogs. There’s a grassy field about five minutes from our home that’s perfect for frisbee, tug-of-war, or playing catch with their favorite ball. It overlooks the sunset beautifully — a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the evening together. Throughout the day, your dog will get plenty of attention, cuddles, and playtime. We also have a long hallway in our home that’s great for indoor fetch and tossing toys. I’ll adjust our routine to match your dog’s energy level and comfort, making sure they feel happy, relaxed, and completely at home. 🌻
