I’d like to get some info on dogs before I watch them such as if they are aggressive and get along with other dogs, if they have allergies or anything they really do not like and also if they are potty trained

Most dogs will enjoy walks at the park and have the option to play fetch and all dogs will be plenty hydrated and very happy.
