Charlie was absolutely wonderful when it came to watching my Bear Dog! My family decided to head out of town last minute and Charlie was easy to work with when it came to coordinating drop off and pick up. She kept us updated with pictures of our pup and went above and beyond to not only keep us in the loop during severe weather, but kept our pup safe and happy as well. I would definitely recommend Charlie to watch your pup!
I can't say enough good things about Charlie. Unfortunately, it was a last minute booking at a very stressful time but she was so professional yet warm and so caring towards our babies that she really helped alleviate any concerns or worries we had. She was sensitive and attentive towards our needs, responded in a timely manner to texts, sent such cute pics and videos, was extremely flexible, and just genuinely cared about the well being of our pups and our comfort. You can consider yourselves very lucky and in suck good hands when booking care for your fur babies with Charlie.
Charlie was very responsive and kind when we needed a dog walker on short notice. Very punctual and accommodating of the particular way we handle our pup and we’re very grateful for that. Will certainly be booking her again in the future.
