***ATTENTION...Rover has enacted a new policy for overnight boarding called Extended Stay Charging. Long story short, if you make your pick up time more than two hours different than the drop off time, then you are charged for an additional one half day. I feel this is an unfair charge. I pretty much agree with all Rover policies. NOT WITH THIS ONE! My policy has always been you may drop off and pick up at anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. I am given complete discretion on how much I charge. Yet for some reason I am not allowed to opt out of this pricing mandate. I have voiced my displeasure on this rule, I encourage you to do the same. Best way to avoid this charge is to set the drop off and pick up times as the same. I'll get the correct times from you. I do try to check to make sure new reservation requests do not have this charge applied. If I miss it, please bring it to my attention and I will have it removed. When you book a reservation at Happy Tails Hound Hotel, you and your pup are my guests. You will always be treated as such. That's my promise to you.*** I do not accept Huskies, Malamutes or Pit Bulls (Including partial). Whether your needs are for a few hours or for several weeks, HAPPY TAILS HOUND HOTEL is here to serve you.  Your pups can play in our big and secure backyard, stare through the fence at the bunnies in the wash or they can find a nice quiet corner inside the house to nap while dreaming to their hearts content.  Safety is of utmost concern.  We take measures to ensure that all of our guests have a fun yet safe experience while visiting here.  HAPPY TAILS HOUND HOTEL is entirely on one level.  No interior steps to tumbledown here.  There are no children in the home to accidently let our guests into unprotected or unsafe environments.  We give your pup 24/7 supervision.  That's 168/49 in hound dog time.  Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind while you travel.  What we ask for in return is that our guests be social with people and other dogs.  Also, ALL DOGS MUST BE NEUTERED.  We do offer flexible drop off and pick times as well to better accommodate your travel schedule.  While some sitters charge more for things such as giving medications, special diet/needs, multiple dogs and even long reservations, HAPPY TAILS HOUND HOTEL has only two rates:  $23.00 for a doggie DAY SPA adventure...$29.00 for overnight stays.  So if we scratch Fido's ear, get down on the floor and play with your pooch, give them medication or just have a friendly conversation with them, everything is already paid for. You'll even receive daily text updates and pictures of your family as well at no extra charge.  Keep in mind that holiday and summer time slots do fill up quickly.  So you are encouraged to make all reservations early. If you need to cancel for any reason, you will never be charged any cancellation fee. At HAPPY TAILS HOUND HOTEL, I treat you like I want to be treated. It sure would be a shame to miss a relaxing three day weekend for Groundhog Day just because you delayed in making your reservation. So plan ahead to reserve your puppy a bed. I do wish to express our appreciation for all those who have expressed sympathy regarding the loss of Bridgette.  She was a special friend in so many ways.  It has been hard to accept her physical absence.  She was just six years old.  She brought much love into this home.  Bridgette and that love will always be a part of the Renne household and HAPPY TAILS HOUND HOTEL. BRIDGETTE'S PROMISE:  If you aren't spoiled when you arrive, you will be when you leave. WOOF! I am home twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I do not work out side of the home. Your pup has constant supervision. I watch your pups like they are my own. Safety is my primary concern. I try to eliminate problems before they happen. I want everyone to go home happy.
