Charlie has been amazing with both our 11 month old Ragdoll kitten and our home! This is the first time needing a pet sitter and I am naturally anxious, but there really was no need to be! Quill soon settled and looks like he had the best time with no stress at all, I would say his fur looks more immaculate than when we left (as did our home!) If you’re thinking of booking Charlie, do it! Can’t recommend enough! Quill was wandering round the house, being very vocal looking for Charlie after they had left!

Charlie is phenomenal!! We have two cats and two dogs who are pampered within an inch of their lives. Charlie came to take care of them at home for a week. I had daily updates and pictures. We had a minor concern for one of them who didn’t take very well to the British heatwave whilst we were gone which would have turned me into a tail spin but with Charlie I had no concerns at all. We were updated and all our processes were followed. We had four very happy pets when we got back and I have to say the house was probably cleaner than when we left it! I wouldn’t hesistate to use them again and the love and care our pets received lm not sure they even missed us! Thank you so much for everything I would be happy to recommend your services to anyone looking for a house or pet sitter! Definitely a 12 out of 10!!

Charlie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Great communication with messages. The cats very much enjoyed their time with Charlie and I’d have absolutely no hesitation in booking Charlie for future cat sitting. Thank you so much - it was great to be able to fully relax on holiday knowing my cats were being well cared for. Charlie also kept the house clean and tidy - really appreciated especially after a long day of travelling.

Friendly, engaging and clearly a real dog lover....makes all the difference

We had such a good experience with Charlie! He took wonderful care of our standard poodle and Labrador retriever while we were away. Both dogs absolutely adored him- it's clear from the photos and video we were sent and they were happy and cared for. His communication was excellent, keeping us updated throughout the stay and making us feel completely at ease. We could tell he really paid attention to our dogs’ needs and routines. We highly recommend and would definitely book Charlie again!
