Animal loving pet sitter 🐶🫶
I've taken care of so many different sorts of animals since I was young. I've looked after my friends & families dogs and always had pets since I was little. I've had cats, dogs, snakes, hamsters, rats, mice... you name it! I volunteered at a nearby cat shelter for several years with my sister who is now studying animal care at college. I've been dog sitting professionally for a while now and I'm confident with a range of dogs. I also do support work for families and mental health support (for humans!) alongside my love of fur babies! I am very outdoorsy - I love climbing outdoors, walks, and camping! I would love my own pup but can't afford it right now... soon though!! 😁 me and my partner are both experienced in training pets, too.

Charlie came to meet and walk our dog Maja as part of getting her familiar before looking after her during our holiday, and she impressed us straight away. She took the time to understand Maja’s routine, quirks, and what makes her feel secure. You can tell she genuinely cares about dogs — her calm, confident manner put Maja at ease within minutes. What stood out most was Charlie’s reliability and communication. She arrived exactly when she said she would, asked thoughtful questions, and gave us a clear sense of how she approaches safety on walks and in the home. Maja responded brilliantly to her: relaxed body language, tail wagging, and happily checking back in with her during the walk. For any owner who wants someone trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely invested in building a bond with their dog, Charlie is an excellent choice. We feel completely comfortable leaving Maja in her care while we’re away.
I’ve known Charlie my whole life and have never once seen her with an animal she didn’t love and wasn’t loved back by, it comes naturally to her. When I was a volunteer at Shropshire Cat Rescue she would come and help me out and seeing her with the kittens was like seeing her in her element! Charlie grew up around a variety of animals from little rodents up to big farm animals and has always shown them that same gentle and kind treatment, she’s a natural carer and I can’t imagine her any other way.
Thank you so much for having Storm and Penny, they loved it with Charlie, she kept me updated with pictures, I had a mix up with dates and Charlie was so good with accommodating this, amazing communication before and during their stay, I would 100% use her again, thank you so much!
Booked Charlie for the first time to look after our pup & we were really pleased. She is very easy to communicate with and is a kind and respectful person. She came early to get to know our dog first and came across as very calm but confident and responsive to his needs. We left the house feeling he was in safe hands and she sent us pictures and updates. When it came to say goodbye, we could clearly see that our dog had taken to her and we're already looking to her for our next booking(s).

Schedule
I am self-employed, so my schedule changes, but I have plenty of time to play with animals! I do support work for families, work as a wellbeing coach & mental health, and petsit for many people - friends, family, and strangers!

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a small flat, but happy to have any dogs to stay! We have an unfenced front garden, but I love getting out and about so can take your doggies out as much as they need to go :) I don't mind housesitting either, but usually more short-term so I'm not away from my partner too long 😁
A typical day
I live about 2 minutes walk from a huge woodlands with different trails, a lake, and other lovely nature (it's literally on our doorstep!). I have lots of free time to play, train & spend quality time with your pets 🥰
