Charlie was absolutely amazing with Aloha. From the moment we left, we felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands, and every update made us feel even better. Charlie was dependable, communicative, kind, and clearly so caring with her. Honestly, we started joking that Aloha might not even want us to come back because she loved Charlie so much. We could not recommend her more highly and would absolutely book with her again.

Charlie and I were suitemates/roommates for all four years of college. We went to school in Rhode Island and, with her living in New York and me in Connecticut, we would carpool often on holiday breaks. Usually, she would get picked up from my house - but not before we hung out for a couple of hours and played with my dog. My dog is a young Beagle mix and he often gets overexcited when seeing other dogs on walks. When this happens, he will bark and almost lunge toward the dog. More than a few times, Charlie and I would walk my dog while she was hanging out at my house, and any time this had happened on a walk with her, she handled the situation with ease. His reaction to other dogs did not fluster her or make her anxious, and she would make an effort to redirect my dog’s attention and walk away from the trigger. Having her with me on these walks was always a big help since she was able to maintain such composure and didn’t get super frustrated with my dog or start yanking at his leash. Given the experiences I’ve had with Charlie interacting with my dog, both while indoors and on walks, I would definitely recommend Charlie for Rover. Having lived with her for four years, I can confidently say she has exceptional care for all animals. Additionally, she is able to handle stressful situations involving pets that are unfamiliar to her with a level head.
