I am currently working part time doing an internship to complete my masters degree. This leaves me with ample time to schedule my own hours to drop in and care for your animal. I am also a very active person who loves taking walks throughout the day, so I will always make time for some extra exercise or play.

In my own home, my cat is the king of the apartment. Keeping a scheudle for animals is very important in my own life and to be extended to other animals, so punctuality is key. Also, from living with both cats and dogs my entire life, I have learned how to read their moods and behaviors. For instance, knowing when a cat wants some attention vs when to give them space to decompress is key. A lot of play is also something I like to implement, not only for exercise, but also for enrichment and mental stimulation!

Before meeting your pet, I would love to know what their favorite toys are, if they have any specific requirements, any behaviors I should be aware of, and any special preferences you may have during my visit.
A typical day
My favorite activity to do with cats is obviously playing with a fishing pole toy. It is my cat's favorite toy of all time and works wonders at providing exercise and enrichment. For dogs, I love taking them on new and interesting walks, again, to provide some enrichment in new sniffing territory.

I have had cats and dogs my entire life. From this, I have gained experience in feeding, medication distribution, walking, and of course play. I have also taken animal behavior courses throughout out my education, supplementing my knowledge and expanding it towards formal animal care. I am very passionate about animals, and as a pet parent myself, I am extremely dedicated in making sure that your pet has the best experience possible!
