A typical day
Usually we'll do our best to communicate directly with your pet to guage what their preferences are, as usually they make it known. Some dogs need space or time alone, while others will stick to you like glue, and want to play tug until the sun sets. We do our best to guage what each animal needs. However, we will also discuss with you what level of stimulation is needed for your dog as some older dogs may not be up for a long walk deep into the heart of Richmond park!

Hello! We are Charlie & Siobhan. Passionate about animals, we live with a cat and two tortoises, but grew up with dogs and have a deep understanding of their needs. We have been looking after them together professionally for over 7 years. We're experienced with all sizes and breeds, from the energetic to the dignified. We are first aid trained and provide loving care to all dogs, including those requiring medication or extra attention. We offer both short-term and long-term pet/house sitting with flexible schedules, ensuring someone is always available to care for your pup, giving you peace of mind while you're away. We make sure prioritise your dog's happiness and well-being above all else. Situated in Twickenham, we are blessed to be surrounded by amazing parks so (if it's their preference) will take any excuse to visit them regularly for long walks. Charlie and Siobhan have looked after our two mini dachshunds 3 times now, most recently over the last two weeks while we were on holiday. And each time they have been amazing! Our dogs are very elderly (16 and 19 years old) and quite high maintenance with health problems and daily medication requirements, and Charlie and Shibby have managed it all and somehow kept our house even cleaner than when we’d left it! They are professional and lovely to deal with and send regular updates and pictures. We came home to two very happy dogs who looked like they’d been on a nice holiday themselves. Truly the best dog sitters we could ask for. Will definitely be booking them again!
Charlie and Siobhan took amazing care of our pup and our house. Everything went really smoothly and we felt comfortable and confident and will definitely ask them to look after Lucky another time! So nice to be able to head away feeling assured that all is well at home and to return to a happy dog and well cared for house. Thanks both for a week of fabulous house/dog sitting!

We met Charlie and Siobhan for a familiarisation walk with Lottie and they were great. They were relaxed and confident with her and she took to them both straight away. We liked them a lot and would feel totally comfortable having them stay in our home to look after Lottie. We’ll definitely book Charlie & Siobhan when we next go on holiday.
