Here for the dogs 💛
Hi! I’m new here and would love to build a small community of dogs to care for. I’d love to get a weekly or biweekly crew together to go to the beach or long hikes outside of the city. However, I am also available for one off walks. I’ve been a trusted pet sitter for friends and family for many years, and have experience with dogs of all ages and needs. I’ve cared for older dogs with mobility challenges as well as energetic young pups. I also trained my own dog, now 9 years old, to perform tricks and behave both on and off-leash. I have worked with high energy dogs, and am familiar with watching for signs of aggression. I’m attentive, caring, and punctual. Also my sister is a vet, so if necessary I can always get professional advice quickly. I am going to GG park, the beach, or the lands end trail every day and would love for your pup to join!

Charlie is one of the sweetest humans I have met!! So happy that she happened to be available to watch Escher (our 50 lb fur baby) during the holidays. Escher was happy and we got photos the entire trip! She was also very flexible with pick up especially when our flight ended up getting delayed. We are ecstatic to find someone we can definitely trust with Escher again in the future!!
Charlie is great with my pup! Very responsive and patient. Petunia is safe calm and relaxed when she gets home.
Charlie has stayed with my anxious and illness prone dog Georgie on several occasions. Georgie took to her quickly and loves spending time with her. Charlie took good care of Georgie making sure he was taken on good walks and given all his specific medical diets. I would happily recommend Charlie to anyone!
When Charlie lived here in New York she was my go-to person to ask to walk and take care of my dog when I was at work or out of town. She stayed at my apartment and took care of my pets for two weeks on multiple occasions and my dog and cat love her! Charlie is very smart and responsible and loves dogs so I fully trust her with what was most important to me! Anyone would be lucky to have their pets in her care.
Charlie is an excellent pet sitter and dog walker. She’s very responsible, communicative, and reliable. I would highly recommend using her for any pet care needs!
A true animal loving person. Charlie can’t walk down the street without saying hi to every dog that’s walking by her. She has a really sweet 9 year old dog of her own that’s just so happy and cute. Not a day goes by where she doesn’t consider getting another Dog 🐶

Schedule
I moved to the area recently and am still looking for work so my schedule is wide open! I can dog sit or walk any time!

At home, I have a 9 year old hound beagle mix. He gets along with other dogs easily. If they don’t get along he can be kept in a separate area of the house. We have a shared yard but also live close to the beach, GG park, and the lands end trail.
Pets
A typical day
A typical day involves going to either Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, or the Lands End Trail. Occasionally we venture outside of the city for longer hikes too. After a little morning exercise, we usually have lunch and chill at home. I like to read and crochet at home. Once the pups have dinner, I will take them out again for another lengthy walk. If the pups still have energy, I also like to play fetch at night with a light up ball.
