Chill, respectful, kind caretaker
I have grown up with all sorts of animals of all ages. Chickens, hamsters, birds, dogs, cats, etc. Since I was tiny, I had a super soft gooey side for pets, and was known in my family as the ‘pets’ favorite’. I chalk this up to me simply paying attention to the preferences and personalities of each individual animal and finding a way to match their level. I have experience with disabled animals, senior and puppy/kitten animals, and the non-traditional ones like hamsters and such. I am gentle and kind with them, love to play, and will communicate with you on how best to connect with them.

I am a big communicator, love rules and an agenda, and will send photos and videos (and even facetime!) as desired. I am careful about plants and other potential hazards, and also about things like escape routes (e.g., I will notice the hole in your fence and ask you about how I can fix it, at least temporarily!!). I understand that this is a very trusting thing to do, hire a person to watch your precious animals, so I want to do all I can to ensure I am 1. following your house rules and 2. keeping your pets safe and happy.

Schedule
I work from home flexibly so have the ability to stop by for feedings nearly any time of the week, or stick around to play or housesit overnight.

- Having a disabled animal currently, I understand that certain animals have special needs. I am happy to accommodate the needs of your animals to the best of my ability, and will be most successful if made aware of the things you normally do to protect and entertain your furry friends!
